As the Principal, I feel a real sense of privilege in having the opportunity to lead this college. With the able support of our management it has become a very enjoyable duty for me to lead the college. They have the vision and commitment towards the society therefore every year we are achieving and doing something noteworthy which we all are proud of. So it is my pleasure to welcome you to Mauli Mahavidyalaya Wadala. Our college has set itself a vision “Quality Higher Education to the Rural Masses.”. We all are committed to translate this vision statement into reality. The evolution of the institute over the past few years has witnessed strong blend of infrastructure and intricately intertwined human resource committed to provide education to the rural masses. The motivating environment in our college for knowledge assimilation, generation and dissemination with a sense of social responsibility, human values and concern for social commitment, has carved a niche for itself among the best institutes.

The academic activities concentrate on helping the students to gain an excellent knowledge base. There is also an ample of scope in co-curricular and extracurricular activities in our college wherein the students are encouraged to show their talents. Our college ensures that the students prove themselves to be not only well qualified graduates but also very responsible and ideal citizens of our country.

In our college, it is believed and practiced that excellence is a continuous process. We create a safe social and physical environment that helps all our students learn and succeed. The size of the College and the emphasis on developing and maintaining positive relationships means that we know each student as an individual. With 1000 plus students, we can provide more personal support and greater access to opportunities for each student. Parents and visitors compliment us on the warm and orderly college atmosphere and our strong sense of community. We encourage all our students to develop high expectations about themselves, their work and their behaviour.

I am proud of the significant accomplishments of our students and the results our College has achieved in being a better choice in education. Though located in the rural area,

we do provide everything for the all round development of our students. We have a dedicated faculty who open the door for the students but at the same time expect them to enter it by themselves. We mould our students to be self confident and pragmatic such that when they enter life after their studies, they face various challenges with courage, conviction and success. We feel proud to tell that we have a very strong bonding with our alumni. Along with this we are connected with 130 plus colleges of various universities through an MoU done under an IQAC cluster.

To conclude I would like say that the students must exhibit exemplary behaviour even outside the college. I am sure our students will always strive to uphold the dignity of our college and keep its flag ever flying high. India is known for its rich values, culture and heritage. I impress upon all our young learning community to emerge as her proud and worthy citizens.
